1. Service Description
PunchResume provides AI-powered resume tailoring. You upload a resume and a job description, and our service generates a tailored version optimized for that specific role.
2. Account & Credits
New users receive 1 free credit. Additional credits can be purchased individually or via subscription. Credits are non-refundable except when a tailoring job fails due to a system error, in which case credits are automatically refunded.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only upload resumes and content that you have the right to use. Do not use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content. The AI optimizes how your experience is presented — it does not fabricate qualifications.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused subscription time.
5. Limitation of Liability
PunchResume is a tool to assist with resume optimization. We do not guarantee job placement or interviews. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
