We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name), resumes you upload for tailoring, and job descriptions you submit. We also collect basic usage data to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide our resume tailoring service. Uploaded resumes and job descriptions are processed by our AI to generate tailored resumes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security practices.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI processing, and AWS for file storage. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
